Our Sales Policy
For clients wishing to sell property or land for development, we can
offer a first class on-site personal sales service, liaise with local
financial and legal representatives and handle the whole transaction from
the initial appointment to the close of the sales and the transfer of
funds.
Our fees will include advertising the property in the press and on the
internet, distributing property details to prospective purchasers, taking
clients to view the property and ensuring that the property is in optimum
condition to facilitate the sale.
Our fee structure is based on a percentage commission on the sale fee
agreed. If there is no sale, there is no fee!
Directions to our office
Travelling from the Malaga direction on the N340. Take first exit to
Fuengirola this road will lead to a roundabout, take the last turning
on the right which will bring you back on yourself. Carry straight on
over the next roundabout until you come to 2 nd roundabout then turn left,
continue straight on to the next roundabout with 3 horses and a fountain.
then turn first right, you will see the office on the left hand side just
before the traffic lights.
If you are coming from the Marbella direction, take the first exit for
Fuengirola after the castle. Then take the first turning to the right,
continue along the sea front until you reach fairground carousel ride
just before the last exit of the port then turn left. Follow road to the
traffic lights, go straight on over the lights, you will see our office
is on the left next to the restaurant on the corner.
