Mortgage Service
To complement our property agency service, Villadelsol can now
offer a mortgage finance service through various banks. We can offer
a comprehensive range of financial solutions depending on the type
of property you are buying and your personal circumstances.
In general, mortgages will be Variable Rate or Fixed Rate. Mortgage
offers are made only to individuals who meet the bank's requirements
for qualification. To apply, applicants will be required to submit
supporting documentation.
All mortgage loans are subject to status depending on personal circumstances
and valuation of the property. The bank reserves the right to advance
the capital and term which it considers appropriate in the case
of every applicant irrespective of the applicants background or
financial standing.
