For a nominal weekly fee, we can not only ensure that your property is clean, tidy and well maintained for when you visit but plan your guest occupancy, handle bookings, collect rental fees, advertise the property and offer a wide range of additional services to property guests.
 

External Property Checks

   
 
Garden and grounds maintenance
 
We will ensure that the gardener is visiting the property regularly to keep the grounds up to an agreed standard. In addition, we will ensure that garden furniture, barbecues, out-buildings and external fixtures and fittings are maintained to a high standard.
 
Pool Care
 
We will ensure that pool engineers regularly visit to clean the pool, maintain filtration units and change the cleansing chemical reserves.
 
Security Systems
 
We will regularly visit the property to check the operation of security equipment, check for the signs of misuse or forced entry to the property.
 

Internal Property Service

   
 
Security Checks
 
We will manage the distribution of house keys to relevant personnel (cleaners, repair staff, utility staff etc), check the functionality of internal security systems and effect repairs to broken doors and/or windows.
 
Fixtures and Fittings
 
We will undertake an audit of all relevant fixtures and fittings and ensure that the property inventory is maintained to an acceptable standard
 
Repairs
 
As and when standard fixtures and fittings need repair or replacement, or when minor repairs to the property are required, we will ensure that the appropriate action is taken.
 
Appliance Testing
 
To maintain the highest standards of safety for property guests, we will test all electrical and gas appliances and effect repair or replacement as and when necessary, with the approval of the property owner.

Advertising Property
 
We will advertise the property in the main holiday villa press as well as giving it a full editorial feature on our website.
 
Booking Management
 
Rental Fee Processing (1)
 
We will process all guest fee payments, bank the fees on behalf of clients, issue statements to guests and pass all due fee income to clients on an agreed time period. Our commission will be deducted from each payment to clients and each payment will accompany a full statement of account for the time period in question.
 
Changeover Management
 
We will ensure that guests leave all properties at the allocated times, ensure that the property is cleaned and aired ready for the next guests to take up their occupancy.
 
Laundry Services (2)
 
We offer a full laundry service so that all bedding and towels are removed and cleaned and that a full clean set of laundry is available to new guests or changed for current guests at the agreed intervals.
 
Full telephone, fax and email access to us as Property Managers
 
Our offices in Spain will be fully manned during normal office hours. We have full telephone, fax and email access which will enable clients to contact us whenever necessary.
 
Guest Services
 
Perhaps most important of all, we offer a full range of services to our clients guests to ensure that they have a relaxing break. We can offer a taxi booking service, arrange for car hire, change travellers cheques and cash to local currency and advise on local attractions and restaurants.
